We have a wide selection of modern student properties, ranging from three bedrooms to seven. All are environmental and college approved and are furnished to high standards.
Kitchens are fully fitted with modern appliances and bathrooms contain both showers and baths. All have gas central heating and double glazing.
All of our houses have a separate lounge and each bedroom has a TV and telephone point for internet connection.
Selected properties have the added benefit of wireless broadband and certain properties are offered with all bills inclusive of the rental price.
Our properties are in an excellent location to University of Northampton, all are within a 5-10 minute walk from either Park or Avenue campus.
Current rates for July 2012/13 are an average of £65 - £85 per week. Discounted rent over the summer months. |
