We have a wide selection of modern properties, ranging from three bedrooms to seven. All are environmental and college approved and are furnished to high standards.

Our properties are in an excellent location to UCN, all are within a 5-10 minute walk from either Park or Avenue campus.

Current rates for July 2010/11 are an average of £60 - £85 per week. Discounted rent over the summer months.
